Stand Up

Summer

So teachers are suppose to have the summer off right? Wrong!! I am taking 5 classes at UAB to finish my masters, so I feel like I have not had a break. I know I must be crazy right. I have good reason because after this summer I will have one class in the fall to finish!!

The summer has not been all work and no play. For Memorial Day, Eli and I went with a few couples to the beach!!

Needless to say the summer has not been a complete waste.... just very busy!!

In Due time

So life is extremely hectic right now. Work and school are a little overwhelming, but the end is in sight which makes things a little but easier. I promise I will start posting regularly and keep everyone posted on the life of the Street's. I am still getting use to that and it has been over 6 months. I hope that everyone has a wonderful week, and I will post again again soon and hopefully it will be interesting for my friends and family to read.

Also, one of the special educators that I work closely with is suffering the loss of her husband. She has two children in junior high and high school, so will you guys keep them in your thoughts and prayers during their trying time.
